Was that Jessica Stroup playing one of the judges on Degrassi (episode: “Tears Dry on their Own Part I” with a fake American Idol show called Next Teen Star — had 3 judges and the one on the left looked like her)?

Just would like to know for a disagreement I’m having . . . .
